Mr.Gupta till recently was Chairman and Managing Director of Punjab National Bank, the second largest Bank in India.Prior to that he was Chairman and Managing Director of Indian Overseas Bank and is widely recognized as being instrumental in leading the bank into prominent position. He is very well respected figure in corporate India and has extensive knowledge and relationships across core sectors of Indian economy.

Mr. Vikas Batra is an engineer by training and MBA in finance from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He held number of senior positions across Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong and India) with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group including Managing Director and head of Project & Structured Finance, Asia. He has wide experience as a senior investment banker in the area of energy, mining & metals, infrastructure, real estate and has led number of landmark transaction in emerging markets. He has closely worked with various multilateral institutions including the JBIC, Asian Development Bank, World Bank and financial institutions in Asian markets.

Mr.Sharma provides strategic advice and assists in expansion across PUG businesses. He has wide experience in international and domestic banking, financial markets and corporate governance.Mr.Sharma has held various senior positions in the State Bank of India including that of Deputy Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Managing Director (Information Technology) during a span of 36 years.

Mr. Behuria till recently was Chairman of Indian Oil Corporation ("IOC") one of the largest Indian Companies with annual sales of about USD 65 billion. He led IOC for more than 5 years and prior to that he was Chairman of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. During his regime, IOC rose from 144th to 105th position in Fortune "Global 500“ rankings. Mr. Behuria is globally recognised as an authority in the hydro carbon sector. Mr. Behuria is an alumni of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and in his distinguished career has received a number of recognition and awards including Scope Award for excellence and outstanding contribution to Public Sector Management (2006-07) from Hon'ble Prime Minister of India. Mr. Behuria serves on the board as advisor to a number of other large corporations including Petronet LNG Ltd.

Mr. Mayur Batra has wide expertise in structuring of cross border investment and trade from financial, tax, compliance and legal aspects and has actively promoted various high ticket investments in India by large global players across the sectors. He also manages group’s real estate development, investment and advisory business and has led acquisition and structuring of several prime residential commercial and industrial sites / properties across India. He holds an Honours degree in commerce from Delhi University and is a fellow member of the ICAI and associate member of the ICWA.

Mr. Arora is a chemical engineer from Punjab University. He has over 30 years of experience in the power industry covering thermal, hydro and nuclear power projects. As a Director of Toshiba India, he led the industry and power business and was responsible for business development and execution of thermal power projects, hydro power projects and nuclear initiatives in India including joint venture with JSW Energy limited for manufacturing steam turbine generator sets in India. Mr. Arora is currently heading government affairs and business development and operations team in India for Astonfield Renewable Resources Ltd.

Mr. Parekh started his career in financial services in 1966 with Bank of Baroda (BOB) Group and has held various middle and top level positions with in the group including Managing Director of BOB, Asset Management Company and earlier as Managing Director of BOB, Capital Markets Limited. In 2008, Mr. Parekh joined KJMC Asset Management Company as Chief Executive Officer where he was responsible for launch and smooth operations of the AMC. Mr. Parekh has rich experience in financial markets across categories coupled with a sound business understanding of sales & general management.

Mr. Sahni has held several senior positions in Ministry of Finance, Government of India including, Joint Secretary Ministry of Finance, Vice Chairman Settlement Commission and Head of International Tax Divisions and Tax Investigations. He has also served on board of several large Indian Corporate as Director. Mr.Sahni is a lawyer by training.
